Descripción del trabajo About the Role We are hiring a Managing Director to build and lead the commercials for a leading wealth manager in Spain. This is a senior sales leadership role with full responsibility for client acquisition, team build‑out, and execution of a proven growth strategy tailored to the local market. You will act as the senior local leader, reporting into international leadership and owning results across sales performance, hiring, training, and culture. Key Responsibilities Build, hire, and lead a national HNW sales team Drive new private client acquisition from qualified inbound prospects Localise client acquisition strategies for the Spanish market Deliver structured sales training, coaching, and ongoing development Candidate Profile 5–10 years leading HNW sales teams focused on investments Strong track record in hiring, training, and scaling sales organisations Background in discretionary investment management Fluent in Spanish and English Based anywhere in Spain #J-18808-Ljbffr
