To support our team we are searching for a Data Analyst Marketing Intelligence (f/m/d)) to be based in our Barcelona office.WHAT YOU WILL DOAnalyze customer journey behavior and generate findings into online marketing campaignsDesign, build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and insightsDevelopment and implementation of marketing attribution / allocation models across all media channels such as SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Email, Performance DisplayPartner with the data engineering team to improve data pipelines and ensure seamless integration of new data sourcesEnsure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of dataContinuous optimization, monitoring, and quality checkups of already existing processes & daily businessWHO YOU AREUniversity degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, data science, economics/business administration, or another relevant fieldAt least 3 years work experience within an analytical role (such as BI, web analytics or CRM) ideally in an e-commerce environmentStrong analytical skills with experience in working with large datasetsFamiliarity with statistical methods and tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R, Excel, ETL)Experience with Power BI is a plusUnderstanding of business drivers with a strong analytical mindset and affinity to numbersInitial experience with performance marketing channels, ad-tech and web-trackingResult driven and high standards in quality and precisionYou are a passionate, committed team player with a high degree of personal initiativeFluent in Business EnglishWHAT WE OFFERUp to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days (excluding public holidays and weekends)Mobile office with up to 40% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting)10 days/year of mobile office abroad in EU-countries (job and position permitting)Language & e-learning coursesStaff discount of up to 30%Flexible remuneration benefits (ticket restaurant, ticket transport and ticket child care (guardería))Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gymsPrivate health insuranceAccess to LinkedIn LearningIndividual support on mental health & well-beingSocial DayEmployee Share Purchase Plan
