Join us as an AP1000 / SRO Instructor at Westinghouse Electric Company, located in Madrid. This hybrid position blends on‑site and off‑site training to support our nuclear operations. About the Role As an AP1000 SRO Training Instructor, you will deliver high‑level training, manage the development of training programs, and support ongoing education for licensed and non‑licensed operations personnel. Main Responsibilities Participate in all stages of the SAT process for initial and continuing education programs. Manage the analysis, design, and implementation of training needs. Design, develop, and deliver training sessions across classroom, plant, and simulator environments. Collaborate on simulator corrections and conduct related tests. Coordinate training, support training committees, and plan training schedules. Develop advanced educational tools (simulators, multimedia, videos, models) and maintain existing materials. Qualifications University or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related scientific-technical field. Minimum 7 years’ experience as an operations instructor. Willingness to relocate to Madrid headquarters or an adjacent location. Proficient in English. Availability for travel and relocations during project periods. Driver’s license required.
