WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? In our Administration, Finance and Legal team you will be in charge of: Documentary management, verification and compliance search of supplier invoices. Incident resolution, registration of due dates and returns of incorrect invoices. You will work hand in hand with other departments: execution of means of payment, reconciliation with suppliers, etc. Cash, balance replenishment and regular reconciliation. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? For this position, we need you to have knowledge and experience with: Microsoft Dynamics Nav Microsoft Office: Excel Knowledge of Sage XTR Treasury or other payment management software would also be an asset. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Hybridworking model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area. Flexible start and finish times , and intensive working hours Fridays and insummer.
