Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Tech Foundations Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system, creating a member‑centric experience. About the Tech Foundations team Tech Foundations enables product crews and builds the environment that allows them to innovate quickly. We focus on world‑class infrastructure, intuitive developer experience, operational excellence, and built‑in security. Scope Infrastructure enablement for product crews (hosting, CI/CD, scalability, multi‑cloud architecture) Security & compliance facilitation (authentication, encryption, threat protection) Developer productivity enhancements (local environment setup, monorepo tooling, observability, tech stack evolution) Design & development unification (design system, accessibility) AI‑assisted engineering enablement (agentic development, code assistants, MCP servers) Focus for 2026 We will grow the team, expand our cloud footprint, refine our AI‑augmented development, and strengthen our security stack.
