Distribution Center Site Manager

OverviewDistribution Center Site Manager (warehouse Operations + Logistics) – Banyeres del Penedès. You’ll join during the final build phase, drive the setup, and lead the recruitment and training of your team to supply over 200 stores. The site will grow to a 3-shift operation with around 300 colleagues. This is a role that builds from the ground up and evolves with the business.You’ll report to the Regional Supply Chain Manager and be part of the Regional Management Team for Spain, Portugal, Italy and Slovakia. You’ll visit other DCs to learn how we run operations and to build strong cross-site relationships.Your mission is to supervise, manage the setup, and run the DC in Banyeres. Initially you’ll onboard and align with international colleagues involved in the build phase, then hire and train your local team to deliver the best possible service to our stores (starting with 50 stores, expanding to 200+).When operational, you’ll lead the teams, oversee daily deliveries, and scale the site through the development of a three-shift operation as volumes grow. This is a team effort with you at the helm, ensuring a safe, secure, and high-performing operation aligned with company standards.
