We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Founder in the daily management and operations of the company. This pivotal role involves optimizing workflow, managing diverse responsibilities, and enabling our Executive Chairman to focus on strategic growth and business expansion.If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excel in communication and organizational tasks, we’d love to hear from you.Tareas1. Agenda & Email Management:Manage and coordinate the founder schedules, meetings, appointments, and events.Handle travel arrangements, including reservations and logistics.Screen phone calls and manage communications with stakeholders.Draft, review, and send emails and correspondence on behalf of the founder2. Project Management:Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for meetings.Assist in planning, executing, and tracking special projects.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.Work with various departments to align projects with company goals.3. Client & Vendor Relations:Foster relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.Coordinate meetings with external stakeholders and ensure effective communication.4. Financial Management Support:Collaborate with the financial team to coordinate accounting tasks.Prepare expense reports and manage office supplies.Monitor and report on expenses and relevant transactions.Create, prepare, and update all investment records from recent years to maintain detailed control and track the evolution of the investments.5.
