Our objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.We are looking for an experienced **Databricks Platform Engineer** to join our team.The Databricks Platform Engineer will play a key role in implementing and maintaining our AI platform services, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and supports our strategic goals.**Your impact at NN: What you´ll do:*** Transform our Databricks AI platform into a self-service, scalable, and governed environment.* Enable our teams to build the GenAI Platform.* Ensure the platform is secure, compliant, and optimized for performance.* Drive innovation by integrating new AI technologies and best practices into our data platform.* Manage the Databricks Mosaic AI Platform Services* Collaborate with infrastructure, security AI engineers, and platform teams to implement and provide secure and scalable services.* Develop and maintain automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code for managing AI services configurations and integrations.As part of our Employee Experience, we offer you a range of competitive benefits that are available to you in order to improve the physical, mental, and professional wellbeing of our workers. Also, every team works under agile methodology.* 6-8+ years of experience in software/platform engineering with production ML/AI platforms.* Hands-on experience with Databricks AI services and familiarity with AI delivery patterns.* Strong knowledge of AI governance, model serving, and vector search.* Proficient in Python, SQL, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.* Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid data environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).If you think that your profile can fit with us and you like who we are, do not hesitate to sign in to our offers.
