Trabajarás mano a mano con los clientes para implementar el software (Odoo) y optimizar sus procesos de negocio. Desde el primer contacto hasta la puesta en marcha, analizarás sus necesidades, detectarás áreas de mejora y diseñarás soluciones a medida.
Trabajo por proyectos Gestionarás de manera individual entre 3 y 11 proyectos simultáneamente. Desde el inicio, te irás involucrando en tus primeros proyectos con el apoyo de compañeros más experimentados y ganarás autonomía progresivamente. Además, impartirás formaciones personalizadas tanto a clientes como a nuestros partners, ayudándolos a convertirse en expertos en Odoo y a gestionar con éxito los proyectos de sus propios clientes. El objetivo principal de este rol es implantar nuestro software ERP, ofreciendo formación y asesoramiento personalizado para cada cliente.
Implementación de proyectos (80% de tu tiempo) ✅ Analizar las necesidades del cliente, sus flujos de negocio y proponer soluciones. ✅ Implementar las soluciones acordadas (configuración, traslado de datos y desarrollo). ✅ Convertir a tu cliente/socio experto en la utilización de Odoo (formaciones). ✅ Gestión del proyecto de principio a fin. Mejoras internas (20% de tu tiempo) Feedback a los Product Owners para mejorar el producto Feedbacks para la mejora de tu departamento Hablar español e inglés fluido / otro idioma será un plus Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en la implantación de software de gestión (ERP) Lo mejor del trabajo…
