If this sounds exciting to you, please read on.The Prime Video EU team are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and performance-oriented Influencer & Creator Manager to help grow our business. Prime Video aims to have best-in-class influencer campaigns to support our launches and to grow our social community and fan-base. The successful candidate will operate locally to identify and work with Social influencers creating engaging and entertaining content that our customers will love as well as on campaigns with Global footprint.In this role you will partner with the Spanish Social, PR, Studios, and well as EU and US counterparts and 3P agencies to develop successful marketing strategies to promote our shows and movies. You will establish ambitious influencer programs of work to benefit the entire region and drive them to completion. You will have an ability to balance stakeholder needs, whilst delivering on your team’s functional KPIs.Key job responsibilitiesHave clear understanding of business priorities and elaborate local strategies to identify content creators to help deliver on those.Develop attractive propositions for creators to work with Prime Video and scalable ways to engage with creators of all sizes.Develop influencer campaigns for shows and movies launching locally and globally, working closely with internal partner team.Track, analyze and report influencer marketing results.Unblock issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make recommendations for trade-offs, and meet delivery timelines.Preferred QualificationsSuccess generating Earned Media for recognized brands.Significant experience delivering influencer campaigns locally and globally.Experience owning and reporting on performance metrics.Experience delivering projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholder teams.Basic QualificationsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze dataExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completionExperience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvementsExperience in marketing or marketing researchPreferred QualificationsExperience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programsExperience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generationAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
