Objetivo del rol :
Asegurar que el lugar de trabajo y todos los equipos asociados estén disponibles para su uso y cumplan con todas las Leyes y Regulaciones pertinentes en relación a materias de Health & Safety, así como funciones relacionadas con Facilities.
Lo que harás :
Garantizar la correcta implementación del sistema de gestión de salud y seguridad y la política a todos los niveles profesionales de la Compañía.
Investigar accidentes e incidentes y manejar las tasas de accidentabilidad laboral y siniestralidad . Informar a la Organización oficial correspondiente.
Identificar, revisar y evaluar los riesgos relacionados con la salud y la seguridad de los compañeros de trabajo de TD SYNNEX en las instalaciones y el centro logístico, así como los riesgos relacionados con las actividades de los compañeros de trabajo en las instalaciones de los proveedores o clientes.
Controlar a los contratistas y visitas en la oficina de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos del sitio.
Registrar y mantener los registros de formación de los Primeros Auxiliadores y los Responsables de Incendios, organizando la formación cuando sea necesario.
Gestionar las consultas de los empleados con respecto a los coches de la empresa y los procesos, esforzándose por ser el experto en este área.
Mantener registros de accidentes y asegurarse de que los incidentes reportables sean informados.
Proporcionar cobertura en todos los sitios del país para otros administradores del sitio.
Proporcionar soporte para los registros de trabajo planteados por los empleados , utilizando contratos en vigor si es necesario para proporcionar un servicio eficiente.
Generar y registrar órdenes de compra según sea necesario.
Proporcionar soporte administrativo para los proyectos actuales en el sitio.
Administrar los teléfonos móviles de los empleados , asegurándose de que los contratos se generen y terminen a tiempo.
Ser el punto central de contacto para el equipo del país : realizar tareas administrativas según lo indique el Gerente de Ingeniería y Instalaciones.
Conocimientos, habilidades y experiencia necesarias :
Tutulación requerida para el rol : Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (Máster)
Se requieren de 3 a 5 años de experiencia laboral relevante .
Nivel de Inglés Alto.
Es esencial un conocimiento extenso de la legislación y el cumplimiento normativo en materia de Salud y Seguridad.
Experiencia trabajando en un entorno de servicios de alta demanda.
Disposición para ayudar y la capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas son esenciales.
Experiencia previa en la industria de servicios.
Buen conocimiento de las herramientas de MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Atención al detalle.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y analíticas.
Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y relaciones con los clientes internos.
Habilidades de gestión del tiempo y priorización.
