Talent Acquisition Partner & RRHHCon Un Equipo De 50 Personas En Madrid y Valencia, Actualmente Estamos Desarrollando Nuestra Presencia En España, y Estamos Buscando Un@ Talent Acquisition Partner & RRHH En MadridResponsabilidadesIdentificar y comprender las necesidades para elaborar las descripciones de puesto.Implementar una estrategia de búsqueda adaptada a los perfiles requeridos: headhunting, publicación de ofertas, recomendación interna, colaboración con escuelas u otros canales que consideres relevantesEvaluar y cualificar a los candidatos.Realizar las entrevistas de RR. HH. y redactar los informes correspondienteOrganizar las entrevistas con los managers y asegurar el seguimiento de los procesos de selección.Elaborar, negociar y formalizar la propuesta de contratación.Realizar el seguimiento e integración de los nuevos colaboradores.Preparar reportes de tu actividad.Contribuir a proyectos transversales de Recursos Humanos.Actuar como embajador y participar en el desarrollo de la marca empleadora.Gestionar la administración del personal: nominas, visitas medicas, gestión con el Seguro de SaludPerfil RequeridoEstás realizando 6 meses o un año de prácticas de larga duración o estás en el último año de un Máster con especialización en Recursos Humanos (escuela o universidad) y deseas descubrir o especializarte en las profesiones del reclutamiento.Eres una persona curiosa, estructurada, perseverante, te gusta trabajar en equipo y te reconocen por tu excelente capacidad de comunicación interpersonal.Cuentas con una primera experiencia en reclutamiento dentro de una consultora, idealmente especializado en perfiles digitales — esto es un plusHablas Inglés o Francés - es un plus -Estas en MadridSi este perfil encaja con tus necesidades, no dudes en aplicar y incorpórate a NIJIProceso de contratacióncontacto inicial con RR.HH. seguido de una reunión con nuestro personal operativo y tecnico.Valores & RSEAudacia - Benevolencia - Rendimiento - Talento.En Niji estamos orgullosos de nuestra política de RSE, que contribuye a promover la diversidad y la igualdad de oportunidades, especialmente para las personas con discapacidad.#J-18808-Ljbffr
