Our mission in the industrialization department is to guarantee the technical/digital means needed to execute manufacturing and tests processes for Space Electronic equipment with excellence performance. Our activities are integrated in different Space business areas such as Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis) and Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites). We are looking for candidates who share our values and want to make a true impact at Space Electronic business, moving things faster, gaining agility, and being innovative.ResponsibilitiesDefine, specify, implement and support Industrial means according to process requirements and ergonomics standards with a focus on a spacecraft equipment automatic Production line.Manage and monitor contractual relationships with suppliers to ensure delivery on time, on cost, and on quality for Industrial means defined with relevant collaboration with the supply chain organization.Lead Industrial point of view for Design for Manufacturing processes in collaboration with the Engineering department.Define automation processes, machine programming and maintenance strategy roadmap.Define digitalization requirements for industrial means to align with Production tool suite.Lead support and troubleshooting on the shop floor at Industrial means level.Challenge and improve manufacturing methods and processes and implement best practices according to Quality, Cost and Time.Support and lead continuous improvement according to Production needs/feedback: Kaizen, PPS, defining Industrial means requirements.Member of multifunctional team for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, KCs.Simulate scenarios and define way forward for production ramp up.Soft Skills & QualitiesProactive, well organized, autonomous and with clear Team Work value. Continuous improvement orientation. Customer support approach, including openness and flexibility. Leader and booster for change management. Keen interest in Space Business.Education & ExperienceHigher Education (Grade or Master) related to Aeronautic, Industrial, Electronic Engineering. At least 5 years of experience leading in Automation and programming machine processes in Industrialization/Improvement Projects (Production and Test Systems, Lean, MES, etc.). Digital mindset (automation of tasks, scripting, use of digital design tools and simulators). Electronic manufacturing and Test processes knowledge will be valued positively.
