The DPM is the champion for the website, driving the vision for transforming our ecommerce properties and creating best-in-class websites. The DPM will report directly to the Global Head of B2C.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the website strategy to optimize the customer experience and achieve overall revenue goalsOwn the website roadmap and prioritization with primary focus on solutions that are innovative, simple and intuitive to the customer: manage the backlogResponsible for the user experience testing program and test deployment; working closely with the B2C country managers and web analysts to define and develop testsPartner with Digital Project Manager, IT, local B2C representatives, and other business leads (i.e. Product, Operations, etc) to ensure prioritization and on-time deliveryCollaborate with our internal partner (e.g. GSMD) and UX designers to ensure that AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) templates and purchase path provide an optimal customer experience and provide acceptable flexibility to be maintain by B2C country managersBe the key point person for any site issues or obstacles in the development progress.
