With a c. €300M turnover and healthy EBITDA, the company is a leader in a Software‑led platform with significant growth ambitions across Europe with wider expansion globally across North America and APACRole Overview:The Group CFO will partner with the CEO in architecting the group's next chapter. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact leadership role at the centre of a complex, multi‑geo media SaaS business. The CFO will unify the financial engine, lead integration, sharpen commercial discipline, and prepare the company for a strategic exit in 2‑3 years.
