We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. We are looking for a skilled Senior/Middle Technical Writer to join our team in our new office in Valencia, Spain. RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of industry experience as a Technical writer or in a similar role is prerequisiteExperience using Atlassian Confluence and Jira software or other documentation publishing toolsProficiency at an Advanced level in English is essentialPossession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or an equivalent field from accredited institution would be advantageousA portfolio showcasing examples of your documentation workResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain internal and external technical documentation in EnglishOrganize documentation within our wiki to allow users efficiently locate specific information and related contentPossess a keen eye for detail, excel in managing multiple projects, and meet tight deadlinesInterpret complex subjects and highly technical informationCollaborate with various teams to produce the most thorough, precise, up-to-date, and user-friendly technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiencesDocument SDK and API information, and adeptly employ Swagger toolCreate visual aids such as diagrams and schematics to enhance the comprehension of technical processesDemonstrate strong research and analytical skills, while paying meticulous attention to detailsTest product features to produce accurate, practical, and user-oriented documentationReview, edit, and proofread documentation produced by other team membersUse AI tools and prompt-engineering techniquesCollaborate on preparing official technical documentation for internal and external auditsBenefitsLearning and development opportunities and interesting, challenging tasksOpportunity to develop language skills, with partial compensation for the cost of English classes (for localisation purposes)Global coverage health insuranceCompetitive remuneration level with annual reviewTeam-building activitiesBold moves start here.
