What You’ll Do Guide new merchants through setup and activation of SumUp products, from card readers to POS systems. Drive early success: help merchants hit first milestones such as their first transaction and grow attachment to our products. Spot opportunities: monitor merchant activity and reach out when someone may need extra support. Collaborate with Sales to ensure onboarding is seamless and memorable. Serve as merchant’s go‑to support representative, resolving questions quickly and effectively. What We’re Looking For Fluent in French and English (C1+). A natural communicator—clear, empathetic, and positive. Problem‑solver who gets things done and seeks continuous improvement.
