Desde Capitole estamos buscamos reforzar a uno de nuestros equipos con un rol de Senior IT Project Manager para proyectos de infraestructura para liderar la transformación global de la organización de infraestructuras, pasando de equipos locales por país a un modelo centralizado. Actuarías asegurando continuidad operativa, seguridad, cumplimiento regulatorio y eficiencia en equipos y servicios globales.Liderar la transformación de infraestructura de equipos locales a globales. Gestionar y coordinar equipos técnicos y proyectos internacionales. Supervisar infraestructura y servicios: servidores locales, Windows/Linux, virtualización, almacenamiento (SAN/NAS), servicios locales (Citrix, AD, Email, DNS) y operaciones de seguridad. Impulsar mejoras de procesos, automatización y documentación de modelos operativos.Experiencia en gestión senior de infraestructuras y transformación global. Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinares en entornos internacionales. Experiencia en migración de redes o aplicaciones en múltiples países. Conocimiento de modelos operativos ITIL y Agile a escala. Experiencia en entornos regulados de servicios financieros (ISO, PCI, DORA). Inglés fluido obligatorio; francés o español es un plus.
