If you are motivated by making a difference, this role is for youWhat you will do:Under the direction of the International Business Development Manager (also based in Barcelona), the Data Analyst & Account Management will play a key role in nurturing and strengthening the relationship with Teladoc Health International’s strategic clients.The incumbent in this role will:Build detailed client reports and dashboards leveraging data & analyticsMonitor KPIs and analyze report outputs to:Provide insights into client activity evolution and relevant end-user trendsIdentify opportunities for operational improvements, revenue growth and enhanced customer experienceCollaborate with other Teladoc teams to create joint value – For instance:With Business Intelligence: identify together internal enhancements that can help improve data management at company levelWith International Operations and Customer Experience: deep-dive into cases and processes to find logical explanations for identified trends and/or anomaliesWith Marketing: find relevant case studies and testimonials to put in value Teladoc services from a human impact perspectiveBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients:By engaging and being the main contact point for senior roles at the clientBy understanding client needs and providing ad-hoc solutions based on data insightsBy organizing, leading and presenting at client meetings and workshopsWith his/her contribution, the Data Analyst & Account Manager will become an essential asset for Teladoc Health International, advocating for our mission of transforming how people access healthcare: providing a new kind of healthcare experience, one with better convenience, outcomes, and value.You are good at:To be successful, the role will require the following skills:Analytical skills and attention to detailProactivity, autonomy and ownershipHigh prioritization, practicality and efficiencyCritical and innovative thinkingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to adapt to a changing environment/processes, technology, and software packagesYou bring (experience and qualifications):The ideal candidate for this position should have:A degree in Business, science, or a related field2+ years experience in a related fieldExperience in data & analytics (e.g. big data, analytical models, analytics softwares)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Point nice to have)Exceptional written and verbal/communication skills in EnglishIdeally the candidate also has:Experience with working in International CorporationsExperience in tech-driven companies or companies with a strong digital componentExperience delivering healthcare services and insight into virtual medicineExperience in presenting to clients (middle and top management roles)You will work with:You will belong to the International Business Development team (led by the Senior Vice President of International Corporate and Business Development), reporting to the International Business Development Manager and with direct exposure to the International Business Development Senior Director. Beyond your team and client exposure, you will also work closely with international teams such as Business Intelligence, International Operations, Customer Experience and Marketing.
