Taking inbound customer calls Perform any other task within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the role, as requested by the direct department manager Are you our match Bilingual level in Spanish Upper Intermediate level of English Customer Orientation with high communication skills Higher or intermediate-level training in Administration Valuable experience of at least two years in the customer service department, especially in the Medical Devices sector. High usability of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to be methodical, and organized and prioritize tasks in a high workload environment.
