Accounts Payable Specialist Exclusive Networks is the global cybersecurity go‑to‑market specialist that provides partners and end‑customers with a wide range of services and product portfolios. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting a permanent contract. This process‑driven role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a busy, high‑volume environment. As part of the Spanish accounting team (Madrid office) and the French Accounts Payable team (Paris), you will process invoices, payment runs and expenses while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities Check and verify invoices received. Process and code a high volume of supplier invoices. Analyse and reconcile Statements of Accounts sent by suppliers. Prepare payment campaigns according to Statement of Accounts and due‑date invoices. Analyse and reconcile the GRNI account for your scope. Liaise with suppliers, auditors and other departments (ADV, sales, etc.) as necessary. Assist with the month‑end processes. Qualifications and Experience Speak Spanish, French and English at conversation level. Have at least 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payables. Be analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills. Be a self‑starter who can use initiative while working independently and as part of a team. Have strong attention to detail and the ability to self‑review work. Ability to pick up, understand and follow processes quickly. Good knowledge and ability with Microsoft Excel.
