Si es así, esta es tu oferta Site Construction & Building Engineer Como Site Construction & Building Engineer, formarás parte del equipo de obra y tus principales funciones serán: Responsibilities Coordinar y hacer seguimiento del proyecto, garantizando que la obra se ejecute de acuerdo con los planos, especificaciones, recursos y tiempos establecidos. Revisar las mediciones ejecutadas. Seguimiento del control de material utilizado. Velar por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de control de calidad y seguridad establecidas. Coordinar y supervisar la gestión de los proveedores contratados asegurando el desarrollo del proyecto según los tiempos y estándares establecidos. Coordinar y monitorizar la gestión documental asociada al desarrollo de las obras. Visitar periódicamente las obras asignadas para hacer seguimiento del estado de las mismas. Requirements Formación universitaria preferente en arquitectura, ingeniería o similares. Experiencia de 1 a 3 años de experiencia previa en supervisión de obras en complejos Hoteleros, desde perspectiva empresa final o ingeniería. Conocimientos: Obra y construcción (complejos hoteleros, instalaciones y equipamientos) / Diseño técnico (Autocad, Sketchup, 3D Lumion o similar) / Mediciones y seguimiento producción Obra / Tramitación de permisos y Licencias de obra. Idiomas: inglés y español. Informática: Ofimática y sistemas de gestión (Obra / Oficina Técnica / Finanzas). #J-18808-Ljbffr
