FIELD APPLICATION SPECIALIST - Soporte técnico
Funciones: Dentro del Departamento de Soporte Técnico, y tras un importante periodo de formación en los productos distribuidos por la Empresa, se hará cargo, entre otras, de las siguientes funciones de Soporte:

Realización de demostraciones de productos y seguimiento de clientes
Resolución de incidencias con clientes
Mantenimiento preventivo de algunos equipos
Formación/ Actualización de los clientes en tecnología/productos

Perfil:

Se requiere licenciatura/grado de ámbito sanitario (Biología/Bioquímica/Biotecnología)
Se requiere experiencia previa en el ámbito de laboratorio especialmente en técnicas de Diagnóstico Molecular (Sanger, NGS,...)
Valorable doctorado en biología molecular
Se requieren competencias de proactividad, dinamismo, comunicación, rigor técnico, organización y afán de logro y consecución de objetivos.
Iniciativa, capacidad de trabajo y trabajo en equipo
Idiomas – Inglés ( Nivel alto-B2)
Buen nivel ofimática como usuario/a.
