With 150,000 app downloads and 12 million euros invested on our platform, Equito is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a talented App Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:
As an App Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic marketing efforts. Your tasks will include:

  1. Partners Management: Collaborate with our agency partners, overseeing paid media platforms (meta..) and other marketing topics.
  2. Marketing Automation: Set up and monitor workflows using tools like Customer.io to streamline and optimize marketing efforts.
  3. Influencer and Content Partnerships: Manage relationships with current content creators and identify new opportunities (e.g., influencers, newsletters, podcasts).
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Create new and enhance existing reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  5. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing results, ensuring strategies align with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven individual with the following qualifications:

Essential:
  1. Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
  3. At least one experience in app marketing.
  4. Solid knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
  5. Familiarity with attribution and tracking (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer).

Preferred:
  1. Experience with BI tools for reporting and analysis.
  2. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as Zapier or Make.
