El Decanato de IQS School of Engineering necesita reforzar su equipo y para ello necesitamos incorporar, a jornada completa, a una persona que pueda realizar las siguientes funciones:Coordinar y dar soporte en la organización del Decanato: consejos, comisiones u otras reuniones académicas.Gestión administrativa y soporte del profesorado.Gestión de SIGMA y Business Central.Gestión de acuerdos y de relaciones internacionales del Decanato.Organizar y gestionar la agenda del Decano: reuniones, actos, viajes, etc.Redactar y tramitar documentos, informes y comunicaciones oficiales.Gestionar correos, llamadas y documentación que llega al Decanato, priorizando y dando respuesta cuando sea necesario.Soporte en la organización de TFGs (Trabajos de Fin de Grado) y TFMs (Trabajos de Fin de Máster).Mantener el archivo y la documentación de la facultad de forma ordenada y accesible.Servir de puente entre el Decanato y otros departamentos, servicios, estudiantes o agentes externos.Dar soporte logístico en la organización de actos académicos (inauguraciones, graduaciones, jornadas...).Ayudar en tareas administrativas generales de IQS cuando sea necesario. #J-18808-Ljbffr
