Descripción del PuestoEl candidato se incorporará como 3D Lead Animator en la producción de la serie “Messi and the Giants”. Se trata de un reto internacional en animación 3D, dirigido a profesionales que deseen liderar equipo, aportar en storytelling y asegurar altos estándares artísticos y técnicos. El puesto es presencial; no se admiten opciones de teletrabajo para esta vacante. El contrato será a tiempo completo y temporal, desde diciembre/enero de 2025 hasta octubre de 2026.Responsabilidades y RequisitosResponsabilidades principales:Liderar y gestionar equipo de animadores, asignando tareas y supervising el flujo de trabajo.Ser referente para supervisor de animación, asegurando la comunicación y adaptación a desafíos creativos y cambios de producción.Coordinar y documentar metodologías, plantillas y procesos.Gestionar el equipo para evitar conflictos y fomentar un entorno colaborativo.Presentar trabajos del equipo en revisiones diarias y guiar en presentaciones de resultados.Mentorizar y ayudar al desarrollo de talento junior.Proporcionar feedback regular y asegurar la entrega según estándares.Colaborar con animadores técnicos para mantener actualizada la documentación de producción.Interpretar storyboards, animatics y notas del director.Garantizar que la animación cumpla el estilo visual y narrativo de la serie.Requisitos:Experiencia previa liderando equipos o en mentoría.Dominio de Maya.Experiencia comprobada en proyectos de animación 3D para TV.Conocimientos sólidos en principios de animación.Familiaridad con rigging, pipelines y transferencia de datos entre herramientas.Experiencia con herramientas, scripts o rigs personalizados de animación.Proactividad, capacidad resolutiva y orientación al trabajo en equipo.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito.Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Tenerife; se requiere ciudadanía europea o residencia española.Ofrecen:Colaboración en un proyecto internacional de animación 3D.Ambiente creativo, dinámico y colaborativo.Contrato fijo de 10/11 meses con posibilidad de extensión.Interacción con un equipo internacional altamente cualificado.Oportunidad de desarrollo profesional dentro del estudio.Cómo AplicarLos interesados deberán aplicar a través del portal autorizado de Atlantis, adjuntando currículum, carta de motivación y reel profesional.
