What challenge will you be taking on? Model design and development: devising, training, and validating AI/ML models (supervised, unsupervised, NLP/LLM, RAG) for risk classification/prioritization, event correlation, and executive summary generation. Data engineering: building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, feature stores, and versioned datasets for training and inference; MLOps orchestration of experiments, model logging, CI/CD, performance/drift monitoring, and retraining plans. Applied cybersecurity: incorporating security & privacy by design, stack hardening, access control, and traceability. Knowledge management: structuring taxonomies of assets, threats, safeguards, and risks to feed decision algorithms. What do we need in our team? AI/ML Engineer to drive ESTHER, our modular platform for dynamic risk analysis and cybersecurity decision support for mission‑critical environments. Solid fundamentals in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization. Experience in supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, time series, and NLP/LLM (Transformers, RAG, embeddings). Advanced Python and the scientific ecosystem: NumPy, pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Good engineering practices (testing, typing, linters, design patterns). What do we offer?
