How you will contribute? Ability to make extensive creative research, materials and components sourcing and technical sketches. Works cross-functionally with Leather Goods Design team, Product Development team, Atelier and Merchandising to develop successful Leather Goods collections. Ability to work closely with other design team members to help develop cohesive collections within the given deadlines. Collaborates with technical teams on all aspects of fit. Oversees design boards. Ensures that all boards are done timely and meet the calendar deadlines. Creates & delivers product presentations. Who you are? At least 3 years design experience in a Leather Goods. Graduating from a Fashion Design School Technical knowledge of leather goods design & product development process. Strong Design-software skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong organizational, time management, written & verbal communication skills and presentation skills. Excellent taste level & brand awareness. Strong sense of color and materials. Strong sketching skills. Extremely rigorous and detail oriented. Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
