With over 30,000 students trained since our foundation, we offer online MBAs and Master's programs tailored to the ever-evolving needs of both national and international markets.To support our commercial growth both nationally and internationally, we are seeking Admissions Sales Advisors.RequirementsDesired Skills:Commercial Mindset: Ability to sell high-value services.Resilience: Maintain a positive attitude to professionally advise candidates, build trust, and support them throughout the admissions process.Organization: Effectively manage a client portfolio and time. Work autonomously.Communication: Listen actively and convey a clear value proposition.Adaptability: Adjust to different candidate profiles, both national and international.Commitment: Demonstrate dedication to the brand and perform well under pressure.Initiative: Anticipate needs, manage proactively, and work on self-improvement.Education and Experience:University Degree: Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.Experience: At least two years of professional experience in consultative sales, preferably in services or education.Goal Orientation: Comfortable working with targets.CRM Proficiency: Experience in using CRM tools.Languages: English (Native or C2 level).Offer:Permanent contract.Compensation package with a fixed base + monthly variable income, with no salary cap.Flexible benefits plan: meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, health insurance, and training.Opportunities for growth within the admissions department.Stable employment within an international, dynamic, and young team, offering a great work environment.Continuous training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and soft skills.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 15.00 - 21.00hs (afternoon shift). 30 hours per week.
