Our company delivers exceptional recruitment services on a global scale, presenting an innovative approach that connects candidates and clients seamlessly.David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO company that is looking to recruit a French and Flemish-speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Malaga office.Position : Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation : Malaga, SpainEmployment type : Full-timeRemuneration : Base salaryContract type : Full timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account.Develop and maintain relationships within the account to ensure long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity.Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.Prepare commercial and technical service proposals, focusing on driving profitability through proactive management, and execute and achieve sales quotas and targets.Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls.REQUIREMENTS :Solid sales background.Native or fluent in French and Flemish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as strong proficiency in English.Strong communication skills.Achievement and goal-oriented.Motivated and self-starter.Previous experience working with channel sales.Previous experience in B2B sales.Dynamic and energetic.BENEFITS :Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.Full-time contract.Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM.Great office location in Malaga.Career development program and specialized courses.Opportunities for a career abroad through the International Mobility Program.A dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.
