VIE Process Manufacturing Engineer

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. Our department is looking for a VIE Process Manufacturing for 12 months within the team. The VIE will be working in the area of Heat Treatments. You will: Work on the industrialization of new references in the areas of heat treatments. Design new tools and bring modifications to existing ones to achieve the specifications of the parts.

Monitor the industrialization process of new machines. Create the documentation required by the methodology followed in the industrialization processes of new equipment. Perform and monitor activities in the production lines associated with modification management of manufacturing references: material supply, line assembly, warehouse inventory control. Create document full cadence day, control reports, manufacturing instructions.

Control and update methods department's documentation associated with production processes in assigned areas: SAP, manufacturing instructions, operational modes, post cards & reference changes. Let's talk about you You are graduated from an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Material, Industrial or similar. Ideally, you already have experience in these fields (process engineering, material science & heat treatment). You have knowledge about Catia, Autocad, SAP.

You have a fluent level of English & Spanish. You have good communication skills, an international mindset, and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking. You are humble, a good listener, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have a sense of diplomacy. Please, don't forget to apply in English to facilitate the process with our managers.
