Experteer OverviewIn this role you will manage and improve compensation programs across the EMEA region, partnering with HR and business leaders to maintain market competitiveness. You will support pay practices, offers, promotions, and incentive plans while ensuring compliance with local laws and agreements. You will lead or contribute to compensation projects, salary surveys, and the annual compensation processes, delivering data-driven insights to leadership. This position offers cross-functional exposure and the chance to influence pay strategy in a global manufacturing technology company. Compensaciones / Beneficios Partner with the business to study pay practices and maintain regional competitiveness Collaborate with HR business partners to drive compensation agendas with Work Councils Lead or participate in compensation-related projects, including redesigns and high-level project management Cooperate with Talent Acquisition and HR partners on offers, promotions, and development increases Communicate pay administration programs and maintain the compensation database Conduct salary surveys, develop MRPs and variable elements, and analyze survey data Contribute to the annual Advanced Compensation process and manage roll-up approvals with SVPs Provide guidance on AEIP and ICP; support global compensation metrics and leadership presentations Ensure compliance with local laws and collective agreements in partnership with Compliance and Legal Responsabilidades Minimum 3 years of compensation experience and 5 years overall Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, or related field, or equivalent Professional-level English Requisitos principales Volunteer Paid Time off after 6 months Volunteer and donation matching program On-demand digital course library Mindfulness programs with Calm premium Employee Assistance Program OnTrack wellbeing program
