About the Role Own the marketing strategy for your experiences. Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences in the Brazilian region, for both partners and our own Fever Original events. Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram. Manage the P&L of your region and a sizable marketing budget. Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting). Grow your own experiences. Role based in Madrid. About You +4 years of experience in digital marketing, Facebook ads and other social paid platforms. Native‑level proficiency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English. Marketing background. In‑depth knowledge of the LATAM market. Looking for a role in Madrid and willing to evolve at Fever.
