SilverBack is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Construction E&I Supervisor to support a large-scale project . The selected candidate will play a key role in supervising and coordinating Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) construction activities on site, ensuring works are executed safely, to specification, and in line with project schedule and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day Electrical & Instrumentation construction activities across assigned areas and systems. Coordinate and oversee E&I subcontractors and site teams, ensuring productivity and compliance with project standards. Ensure all works comply with HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and site safety procedures. Review and follow construction drawings, ITPs, method statements, and work packs. Interface closely with construction management, engineering, QA/QC, and commissioning teams. Monitor progress, report deviations, and support recovery plans where required. Support pre-commissioning and commissioning readiness, including punch lists and handover activities. Participate in site walkdowns, inspections, and coordination meetings. Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Construction E&I Supervisor or E&I Supervisor on large industrial projects. Strong background in heavy industrial environments such as smelters, mining & minerals, oil & gas, power, or processing plants. Solid understanding of electrical and instrumentation construction (cabling, panels, MCCs, field instruments, testing). Experience working on EPC / EPCM projects. Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders on site. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site supervision, and safety management. Good communication and organisational skills. EU right to work / Spain-based or located in a commutable city to Huelva. #J-18808-Ljbffr
