Your missionAt deskbird, we’re revolutionising workplace management with our leading SaaS solution, empowering businesses to optimise office utilisation and employee collaboration in the hybrid work era. As a BDR Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving our growth by leading and scaling a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives. Your mission will be to build and grow a team of BDRs that is responsible to generate and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline for our sales team while collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to refine strategies and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape deskbird’s growth and contribute to the future of workIn this role you willStrategy & Process Optimisation:Refine and implement outbound lead-generation strategies to scale pipeline growth.Utilise deskbird’s CRM and sales engagement tools to monitor team performance and analyse data trends.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimise lead handoff processes and improve campaign effectiveness.Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of BDRs to achieve and exceed goals.Develop and execute onboarding and continuous training programs to enhance skills and performance.Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven team culture.Pipeline Management:Oversee and ensure the consistent generation of high-quality leads and opportunities.Set and track KPIs to evaluate team success.Drive accountability through regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.What you need to be successfulExcellent track record in a Senior BDR role or Team Lead/Manager role, preferably within a growing SaaS or tech environment.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team.Outstanding business acumen and curiosity (e.g., learning the product and its value by heart, becoming an expert of the industry, ...)Data-driven mindset with expertise in analysing KPIs and implementing performance improvements.Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with a collaborative approach to working across teams; proficiency in German would be a strong plus.Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding team performance goals.What’s in it for you?Accelerate your career growth:Join Europe’s leading workplace management software company and unlock rapid professional development to build up a legendary business development hub from scratch in the vibrant city of Barcelona.Company-wide summit: Connect with the entire team at our annual summit, held in dynamic locations across Europe.
