S/He is leading excellence in the media services delivery for their client and leads the network animation and management.Job Description :Mission & ResponsibilitiesGlobal Reporting and Management:S/He is responsible for coordinating the reports requested by the client and any stakeholders at the global level.The lead of this team has to ensure these reports are accurate and delivered on time.Identify and initiate new business opportunities within your client portfolio.Deliver strategic recommendations to your client portfolio to meet their objectives and leverage media experience efficiency.Be responsible for client satisfaction, both at central and local level, by defining specific action plans to ensure NPS score.Accountable for global partnerships targets achievement.Brand Services:Brand Teams, each responsible for its brand/s media strategy, media buying, and other non-media digital services requirements, to help clients boost their business.These teams must deliver a quick, solid, integrated, and challenger answer to APC’s briefs and ensure ongoing optimization of APC campaigns.S/He manages 3 BRAND LEADS who will be key contacts and in charge of service quality and integration at a brand level.Previous Experience & Industry Background: 12+ years professional experience in strategic planning, Media, Brand.Qualifications & Languages:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.
