Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) The SDR mission is to generate and qualify commercial opportunities by initiating conversations with key profiles in FoodService and preparing the ground for the Account Executives team to advance with success. Responsibilities Identify the appropriate buyer persona and open the conversation. Contact leads following a structured communication sequence (emails, calls and messages). Understand lead pain points to guide the conversation. Generate interest explaining the problem we solve in simple terms, without technical details. Manage objections using prepared materials (battlecards). Secure qualified meetings, positioning the call with the AE as a useful and practical session. Record all activity in HubSpot, our main CRM. Work with clear and measurable objectives and continuous team support. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience leading commercial or qualification calls. Comfortable on the phone and able to create conversation even with cold leads. Strong organization, keeping data up to date in the CRM. Clear, confident communication without room for ambiguity. Direct questioning skills to validate interest and real needs. Simple and natural written and spoken language (calls and emails). Good level of English for international leads.
