Una de las empresas que crea agentes de IA con la que colaboramos en Joppy, busca incorporar un/a Senior Software Engineer.Posición híbrida en Barcelona, 1 vez al mes en oficina (con mayor frecuencia de reuniones presenciales durante los primeros 6 meses).Estamos buscando a alguien con experiencia construyendo productos B2B SaaS que hayan escalado de verdad. Queremos a una persona que haya vivido la transición de un producto simple a una plataforma compleja, trabajando con clientes exigentes y desafíos reales de escalabilidad. Como parte del equipo de ingeniería, trabajarás de cerca con producto, así como con los founders, para evolucionar la plataforma y hacerla más escalable.¿Qué te mantendrá ocupado/a?Contribuir al desarrollo y evolución de nuestra plataforma SaaS.Tomar decisiones técnicas junto con el equipo: arquitectura, estabilidad, seguridad y rendimiento.Mejorar nuestra infraestructura (AWS, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring).Colaborar con producto y diseño para construir soluciones significativas y sostenibles.Compartir conocimiento y contribuir a una sólida cultura técnica.Al menos 6 años de experiencia construyendo productos B2B SaaS en distintas empresas.Experiencia en roles sénior o de liderazgo técnico, tomando decisiones de arquitectura.Proyectos reales usando Node.js y React.Sólido entendimiento de bases de datos relacionales (idealmente Postgres) y optimización de rendimiento.Experiencia con AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.).Familiaridad con Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation o similar).Experiencia con CI/CD y prácticas de despliegue seguro.Experiencia con herramientas de monitorización y logging (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).Sólido conocimiento de integraciones SaaS (REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SSO, CRMs, ERPs, etc.).Experiencia en entornos multi-tenant, asegurando el aislamiento de datos y la eficiencia de recursos.Participación en auditorías de seguridad o compliance (SOC2, GDPR, ISO) o un claro entendimiento de sus implicaciones técnicas.Experiencia liderando o contribuyendo a migraciones complejas, minimizando el downtime y asegurando la continuidad del servicio.Capacidad para mantener la calma y resolver problemas rápidamente cuando algo falla en producción.Comodidad trabajando en un entorno ágil, priorizando lo que importa sin sobreingeniería.Alguien con quien sea un gusto trabajar: responsable, colaborativo/a y con fuerte criterio técnico.Fuertes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español.
