Nos encanta cómo trabajan, y por eso buscamos otro manfredita para sumarse al equipo.Por si no les conoces, CoverWallet es una plataforma online de gestión de seguros enfocada a PYMES que tiene como objetivo simplificar la forma en que las empresas gestionan sus pólizas de seguros a nivel mundial.Formarás parte de un equipo de Ingeniería que está llevando el sector de los seguros a otro nivel gracias a su plataforma. Esperan que tu experiencia y seniority aporte al resto del equipo. Tú serás parte protagonista de la evolución que están llevando a cabo para que esta plataforma sea más segura, tenga mejor rendimiento y mayor escalabilidad.Trabajarás en RoR, pero no necesitas tener experiencia trabajando en este stack; si la traes, mucho mejor. Lo que realmente necesitan es un / a ingeniero software que traiga unos buenos y profundos fundamentos en programación y arquitectura software. La transición a este lenguaje irá rodada con la ayuda de todo el equipo.Lo que sí esperan de ti es que seas una persona con ganas de seguir aprendiendo y que te guste mantenerte al día de los desarrollos emergentes y las tendencias en tecnología.Responsabilidades:Asumirás un papel de liderazgo en el equipo para definir el roadmap de la plataforma.Identificar tecnologías a utilizar e integrar y, en última instancia, hacer el delivery de la solución técnica.Ayudar con las estimaciones de las tareas de implementación basadas en requisitos.Actuar como representante técnico con los diferentes stakeholders externos en nombre del equipo.Contribuir al diseño de la arquitectura de los sistemas Frontend / Backend.Recomendar e implementar nuevas tecnologías, procesos y sistemas para aumentar la eficiencia, productividad y el engagement del cliente.Desarrollar código limpio y eficiente basado en especificaciones.Apoyar en el desarrollo de documentación técnica detallada y realizar presentaciones.Codificar de manera limpia y eficiente basado en especificaciones y buenas prácticas.Trabajar con APIs de servicios para realizar integraciones con terceros y entre sus propias aplicaciones.Abordar problemas de rendimiento y escalabilidad, contribuyendo a la seguridad de sus sistemas.Realizar revisiones de código, identificando y aplicando las mejores prácticas en el desarrollo de software.Requisitos:No piden un stack específico, pero debes saber que vas a trabajar en RoR.Experiencia en ingeniería de software, con buenos fundamentos en programación y conocimientos de arquitectura.Experiencia con arquitecturas orientadas a servicios o microservicios.Destreza en la aplicación de buenas prácticas y principios SOLID en el desarrollo de software.Experiencia en diseño de software basado en pruebas.Te sientes en tu salsa trabajando en entornos basados en metodologías ágiles.Te comunicas en inglés en un equipo internacional.Beneficios:Bonus anual del 15% sobre el salario base.Retribución flexible (cheques restaurante, transporte y guardería).1.500€ de bonus para formación.Ambiente internacional y multicultural (+ de 23 nacionalidades).25 días de vacaciones.Horario flexible y posibilidad de trabajar desde Madrid, Valencia o Sevilla.Si quieres que tu evolución sea más hacia gestión, estarás preparando los siguientes pasos.
