We believe in delivering best-value trips, exploring unique destinations, curating extraordinary travel experiences, and demonstrating genuine care for both our customers and the planet.We are a professional, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.Who we are?The Finance Team is responsible for managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.We are currently looking for a self-motivated, well-organized Accounts Analyst to become an integral member of the Finance team. This is a great role for someone passionate about the accounts receivable area, solution-oriented and excited to contribute and learn in a quickly evolving fast growth company.What will you do?Examine and validate invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in invoices with vendors.Review and monitor transactions made with corporate cards for compliance and accuracy. Follow up on and obtain any missing documentation required for transaction validation.Review and validate employee expense reports to ensure they meet company policies and guidelines.
