Role Overview As an Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner for new clients as they begin using the Google Ads platform. From account setup to campaign launch and early optimization, you’ll guide them step by step so they feel confident and set up for long‑term success. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of new advertisers and ensure a smooth setup and activation process Understand business objectives and recommend customized advertising strategies Build and optimize data‑driven PPC campaigns focused on sustainable performance Coach clients via calls, video meetings, and email to help them improve results Spot upsell opportunities by introducing advanced features and encouraging account growth Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and adjust strategies to continuously improve outcomes Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding journey Stay current on platform updates, tools, and best practices to provide expert guidance Requirements Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1 level) Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising Mindset: Curious, motivated, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally Why Join Us?
