STRUCTURING SENIOR ANALYST

Degree in STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths) and/or degree in Finance. 2 - 5 years of experience related to financial markets are required. Buy or sell side or Structuring experience in Structured Products for equities, credit, IR and/or FX. Good background in derivatives valuation theory and risk management. Advanced user of Excel and financial information tools. This position will require the candidate to have a valid Mifid certification . If the candidate is not certified, they will have to obtain the certification upon the incorporation to the role. Overview Overview The Structuring team generates cross-assets structured products and actionable ideas for BBVA’s institutional clients, which include Private Banks and other distributors across Europe.About the job Your day-to-day work will entail Generating product ideas for Private Banks, Asset Managers and Retail distributors across Europe (idea generation, derivative pricing, preparing the marketing material, supporting the sales teams in calls & visits to client) Participating in the development of new business areas, geographies and continuous improvement in the current business.
