At Gracia101 we're seeking for aP&B Finance Analystto join our teamThe P&B Finance Analyst serves a financial analysis within the P&B business unit supporting the Personal Care business line. This position will perform Financial Planning & Analysis activities and backfilling for the PC business controller while the PC business controller is involved in other finance transformation projects.Your key responsibilities Monthly closing & forecasting activities RAF & Budget specific activities GPx & Devana deep dive: Analysis of sales & GPx data: Validation and steering profitability and deviations as preparation for discussions with commercial team and Aroma business team Preparation of slides for leadership meetings and presentations KAU OPEX (monthly deep dive + fcst) - Monitoring of OPEX development for PCA KAUYou bring Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent Minimum of 7 - 10 years relevant finance experience as Finance Analyst, Business Controller, having overseen region or Segment, preferable with commercial finance experience. Strong business and strategic acumen Expert in Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Office SAP Experience Strategic vision, with strong analytical capabilities, priority setting and decision-making ability.
