As a Software Support Engineer, you will collaborate with talented professionals, applying your technical and analytical skills to support secure, user-friendly applications that make a real impact on the market. Please note that this position is based in Inexto Spain. We require a hybrid working model, with regular presence at our Madrid office. Responsibilities Manage second-level application support Create and monitor support requests with our ticketing tool Filter and fix issues and elevate if necessary Ensure communication with our development teams in Europe Investigate logs/traces on Microsoft systems Support the integration of our solution in various industries and customers Qualifications 3+ years in a Software or IT environment Good SQL language knowledge (queries, etc.) Basic SQL Server and IIS knowledge Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP) Good knowledge of the Windows environment, including Windows Server Customer-oriented, solution-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Willingness to travel from time to time Very good English level (spoken and written) Can't cover everything? No problem. We don't expect you to know everything, but we value your ability to apply your knowledge effectively and collaborate with colleagues and clients. Specialized knowledge, openness, and a keen interest in learning and applying new skills are essential.
