With facilities in Europe, America, and Asia, we specialize in bespoke assembly solutions from the conceptual stage through to production, maintaining a focus on innovation, quality, and sustainability.Role MissionAs a Human Resources Trainee at CELO, you will play a critical role in driving our human capital initiatives and supporting our organizational growth. Your responsibilities will include:Recruitment and Selection: Providing essential support to our subsidiaries, specially France and Morocco to streamline hiring processes.Training and Development: Assisting in the creation and implementation of training modules tailored to advance employee skills and foster professional growth.Talent Management: Contributing to talent assessment, management, and retention strategies to ensure alignment with our corporate goals.Onboarding Support: Facilitating the integration of new hires into the company by supporting comprehensive onboarding programs.Cross-departmental Collaboration: Participating in projects that involve multiple departments to promote synergies and enhance operational effectiveness.Administrative Support: Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the HR department’s daily operations.Requirements:Educational Background: Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.Language Proficiency: Advanced level in French required, Spanish and/or English.Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.Why Join CELO?Joining CELO means becoming part of an inclusive culture that values creativity and innovation.
