The ideal candidate will develop AI & ML models and GenAI solutions that power real production use cases. The environment is fast‑paced and high‑responsibility, with plenty of room to grow alongside a technical, mission‑driven team.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, train and optimize ML models, including defining preprocessing, feature engineering, validation strategies, and hyperparameter tuningDesign, develop and optimize deep learning and GenAI models, including training and fine‑tuning for various applicationsDevelop AI solutions using LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, RAG pipelines, MCP servers and other related technologiesBuild data ingestion and transformation pipelines to support model training and deployment and ensure reproducible, scalable modelsVerify data quality, perform data cleaning, and oversee data acquisition processes as neededDevelop scalable training and inference pipelines for AI‑powered applicationsDeploy models to production and create APIs to integrate AI models into business operationsBuild and drive adoption of emerging LLM/MLOps technologies, integrating AI agents, RAGs, and LLMs using MCP workflows to streamline automation, performance tuning, and large‑scale data insightsContinuously research and integrate the latest advancements in AI, ML and LLMs into productsTranslate scientific insights into working prototypes that bridge research and production‑ready implementationCollaborate with internal and external research partners, including academic institutions, industry labs, and vendorsRequirements4+ years of experience in ML engineering, Applied AI or Research engineeringProven hands‑on experience in developing machine learning modelsHands‑on expertise with GenAI technologies and concepts like LLMs, RAG, Vector databases, AI agents, MCP, LoRA, QLoRAStrong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, sklearn), with a proven track record of building and deploying ML modelsPractical experience deploying and scaling ML models and agentic AI applications in a production environmentKnowledge of LLM/MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teamsNice to have SkillsExperience building multi‑hop RAG systems with self‑consistency and chain‑of‑thought promptingExperience with LLM inference and serving (vLLm, LiteLLM, TensorRT‑LLM)Awareness of LLM‑specific risk domains, including hallucinations, fairness, and data privacyCome as you are Everyone is welcome here.
