It manages more than 188,000 m² of industrial infrastructure and provides best‑in‑class launch services to commercial satellite operators, institutions, space agencies and government entities.MissionThe mission of the position is the design of the control hardware of ground infrastructures such as test benches and launch pad systems in concert with the Avionics Department.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop hardware for Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), test benches and facilities for the validation of avionics at component, subsystem and system level.Control hardware design of the MIURA 5 launch pad.Accomplish specifications and requirements during the development of assigned tasks.Design hardware control system throughout the entire lifecycle and across all phases from design, manufacturing and commissioning.Liaise with the Avionics department for operational requirements of developed facilities.Generate engineering documentation such as electrical drawings, BOMs and engineering change notes for the complete definition of electric cabinets, sensors and actuators.Participate in design reviews dealing with SCH/manufacturing for the achievement of requirements, specifications, feasibility, lead time and prices.Continuous research to optimize design solutions.Identify and recommend opportunities to reduce costs and improve test benches and launch pad functionalities.Complete assigned tasks “on time, on quality, on cost”.Necessary RequirementsAutomation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering bachelor’s degree or demonstrable relevant experience in Electrical Ground Support Equipment.More than 5 years of relevant technical experience.Knowledge in selection and application of design criteria and rules, wires, connectors and other electrical properties according to project requirements.Fluent written and oral communication in Spanish and English.Ability to work autonomously with little supervision.Ability to travel frequently to Teruel and Kourou.Experience with avionics hardware including flight computers, sensors, batteries, PCDUs, antennas, transmitters, receivers, actuators and PCBAs.Find balance23 days of paid vacation plus December 24th and 31st.Never stop learningWe encourage practical learning.We promote professional development through internal mobility and teamwork.Focus on your financial futureChildcare flexible contributions.Restaurant tickets.Transport flexible contributions.Training support.ValuesTeamwork.Commitment.Keep it simple. xcskxlj Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionAviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
