Through a simple and flexible banking model, Openbank offers customers the possibility to manage their finances on the website or app.Mission and Responsibilities:Define and implement Compliance requirements for Zinia.Review the onboarding requirements and factors that have to be taken into account in the assignment of the risk level of the direct clients and merchants.Analyze the AML clauses that should be included in contracts signed within the framework of the referred projects.Management of the relations with the teams involved in these projects in the different countries, being in AML areas or other departments, such as risk or fraud area.Assure that procedures followed are consistent with those stated by Corporation and Openbank.Report relevant ratios and figures that show the evolution of risk cases identified and reported.Analyze the applicable AML rules in the different regulations in order to ensure that no supervisory risk is being assumed.To be successful in the role you must have:Degree in Law and Business Administration.5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.What do we offer?Joining a dynamic and agile company undergoing international expansion.Working in start-up mode with the support of the Santander Group.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Collaborating on international projects in different countries.Excellent work environment, social clubs, and frequent events.Would you like to grow with us?
