Work in Barcelona: Onboarding Account Manager - German Market (E) We’re hiring a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager relocating to Barcelona (Hybrid) Full-time Digital Marketing Project. About The Role Successfully onboard new clients to the Google Ads platform Build strategic, high-performing PPC campaigns Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Reduce churn and increase product adoption Identify upsell opportunities and help drive growth Provide consulting to companies across the German market and make real impact Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize strategic Google Ads campaigns Conduct outbound calls to guide new customers through onboarding Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions Drive budget growth and upselling Maintain accurate CRM data and manage a high volume of clients Analyze trends and identify opportunities for expansion What You Bring C2 German proficiency + strong English BA/BS degree (MA/MSc preferred) 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results Experience with CRM systems, marketing technologies, and AI tools Strong analytical and communication skills Deep understanding of the German market, culture, GDPR, and business practices Experience managing complex stakeholder environments Compensation Designed For Top Talent Base Salary (Gross) – German Market Package : Minimum €24,310 – Maximum €30,000 Bonus Structure : Minimum bonus up to €3,500 – Maximum bonus up to €4,290 Relocation Support : 1 month of accommodation provided in Barcelona Additional Benefits Hybrid working model Private health insurance Clear career development & certifications Motivating international team environment Fun activities, contests, and company events Premium office location at World Trade Center Barcelona Referral bonus – bring a friend and earn up to €2,000 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion We celebrate differences that make us stronger.
