En nuestros estudios ofrecemos clases grupales con equipamiento completo (Reformer, Springboard, Cadillac, Chair, entre otros), dentro de un entorno profesional, cuidado y cercano. Buscamos una persona dinámica y carismática con capacidad para generar una atmósfera acogedora desde el primer contacto. Valoramos especialmente una actitud resolutiva y orientada al cliente habilidades organizativas, empatía y compromiso con el trabajo en equipo. Queremos que te apasione lo que haces y que transmitas esa energía a cada persona que cruce la puerta del estudio. Una para Club Pilates Prosperidad y el otro es un hibrido de clubes con mucha flexibilidad. Cuidar de nuestros socios serás el rostro amable del estudio, brindando atención personalizada y asegurándote de que cada visita sea una experiencia positiva. Impulsar el crecimiento del estudio alcanzarás y superarás objetivos comerciales, acompañando al cliente desde el interés inicial hasta la fidelización. Dar la bienvenida a nuevos socios liderarás su onboarding con energía y cercanía, asegurando que se sientan parte de nuestra comunidad desde el primer día. Supervisar el espacio cuidarás cada detalle del estudio para que siempre esté impecable, funcional y en línea con la experiencia premium que ofrecemos. Empatía, carisma y orientación al cliente. Experiencia en atención al cliente o ventas. Nivel medio de inglés. Gestión de conflictos Horario : Híbrido : diferentes horarios, no rotativo en cuanto a días, siempre de lunes a viernes. porque queremos que empieces a brillar cuanto antes.
